Club Teen

Club Teen

Children can access Club Teen using their NDIS funding. This can be a core or capacity building support.

Club Teen is a support service which is delivered before and after school and during school holiday periods. This program provides support for young people aged 6 - 18 years with disability who are unable to access main stream services due to their support requirements.

All of the young people who attend have support plans which detail strategies to support them to manage their individual needs.

Each person's support needs are detailed and supported by the consistent application of strategies.

The staff at Club Teen have specialist disability training.

There are 15-20 places available each school day

This program is designed to meet the needs of these young people individually and as a group to ensure that everyone is safe, strategies are followed and the young person is learning new skills whilst enjoying time with their peers in their community.
