Group Programs

Community Living & Respite Services Inc. organises a range of activities most months for the enjoyment of service users. For more information on any of the groups please contact Sue Portelli on 5480 2388.

Dominoes Group

This group was established for people with disabilities living independently in the community, to provide an opportuntiy to enjoy community activities and develop friendships. The group enjoys an activity each month. Past activities have included enjoying the Johnny Cash Tribute Show, an overnight at Bendigo, movies, dinners and going to markets.

ABI Group

Kyabram – we meet on the first Thursday evening of every month from 6pm to 9 pm. The venue varies and is decided by the group each month. Some of the activities we have fun doing include, dinner at the Falcon Hotel, playing pool at the Ky Club and BBQs

Mens Group

The Echuca Men’s Group meets on the 2nd Thursday of the month from 6pm till 10pm. This group comprises of men who are living independently and enjoy the social interaction and meeting for a meal. The men also enjoy playing pool at the Echuca Working Men’s club.

Legends Group

The Legends Group is a group for young men aged 16 - 30 years. They usually get together on a Saturday to enjoy movies, bowling, swimming or any activity of their choice. This program is assisted by funding from Carer Support Services.

Kyabram Young Adults Group & Ky Holiday Program & Kyabram Sleepover

The Kyabram Young Adults Group enjoy a Saturday monthly activity of their choice. They enjoy going to the movies, an annual camp, visiting places, going to local shows and generally just having fun! The Holiday Program runs each holidays, usually for 2 days. A "sleepover" is also planned at a local motel to coincide with the Kyabram Young Adults Group..
