Last Year's Heroes

In 2017 there were 210 participants in the Johnno's Run team, and more than $70,300 was raised for our Opening Doors project!   Participating in Johnno's Run was a personal highlight for many of the runners - some who used it as a way to increase personal fitness while raising money for a great cause!

Who is Johnno?  - Brady Johnson is an inspiring young man who wanted to raise money for the CLRS Supported Accommodation Home - Minor Street Project in 2014.  He quickly gathered support around him, and enlisted 14 other runners to raise funds for CLRS.  Brady Johnson was supported by local Echuca/Moama legend Brett Sands, of Brett Sands Watersports.  Brett mentored, coached and encouraged Brady to complete the 10km run.  This was a major achievement for Brady, and the rest of the team and the Echuca Moama community are proud of his efforts and example.

We would like to thank our sponsors, supporters and partners for their generosity and interest in sharing our vision of a society enriched by the inclusion of all its members.
